The spacious living and dining area invites you to linger, even on rainy days. Lake Lebehne (approx. 65 hectares) is only a few minutes' walk away. Enjoy the terrace, the natural garden, the vast landscape, a horse, two sheep and, with a bit of luck, storks and barn swallows. A real place with agriculture, nature and lots of tranquility. You can reach Szczecin in about 30 minutes. The space In the large living, dining and kitchen area, you will find plenty of space for communal cooking, dining and relaxing. In addition to satellite TV and WiFi, numerous books and games are available to you – also ideal for cozy hours in the apartment. The well-equipped kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave and a fridge-freezer. The apartment offers two separate bedrooms and a shower room. Guest access The car can be parked directly at the house. Lockable side room is available for bicycles brought along. Access to the apartment is via a closed staircase with handrail. Within sight is the 60 hectare Lebehner Lake. A swimming spot can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot.
