Welcome to Gîte du Ru d 'Ausson. Clara welcomes you to a house full of character nestled in the heart of nature. Here, calm and a change of scenery are guaranteed. We live on site, surrounded by our animals: horses, chickens, geese... We remain available throughout your stay, while ensuring your peace and privacy. Enjoy the pool in season and rejuvenate in an authentic setting. An ideal place to gather and enjoy the sweetness of the countryside. The space You can enjoy accommodation with a large terrace, garden, and a 9 x 4 m heated pool open from May to September. The cottage has 5 main bedrooms for 15 people. An additional bedroom for 2 people with a private bathroom and toilet is available as an option for €50 per night, bringing the sleeping capacity to 17 people. With the two sofa beds and the floor mattress, the total capacity can reach 22 people, as well as 3 babies. The accommodation is fully equipped for a comfortable stay: beds made upon your arrival, linens and towels, welcome products, equipped kitchen, barbecue, baby equipment and board games. The place is ideal for stays for families or groups of friends, in a quiet and natural environment conducive to relaxation, convivial meals and shared moments. The home has several floors and has stairs. Parties and events are only permitted upon prior request and may be subject to conditions. We remain available for any questions before and during your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the home: Bds, living rooms, kitchens, BAs, terrace, garden, and heated pool in season. Parking is available on-site. All access information will be sent to you before your stay. Guests can also enjoy a natural environment with animals on the property (horses, rabbits, chickens, turkeys, and cows). Other things to note Student parties, stag parties, hen parties, and any similar events are only allowed with prior approval from the owner. A flat-rate surcharge of 200 € per stay is applied for this type of event. A deposit of €1,000 will be required before check-in. It will be fully refunded after check-out, provided no damage, nuisance, or additional cleaning costs are found. For security purposes and in accordance with the regulations in force, valid identification will be requested from each adult guest before check-in. Any undeclared party or event is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
