It's a typical Aeolian house renovated in 2013. Composed of three rooms, two with a loft, in addition to the kitchen and two bathrooms; it is a splendid and much loved refuge on the sea from whose front terrace you can enjoy the view of Strombolicchio while behind, in the garden, enjoy the greatness of Iddu. The space A beautiful house, facing the sea, furnished with care, on an island we love, protected by Iddu, in front of a transparent blue sea, under a sky that is a universe of stars. The 4 elements gathered in celebration. Guest access The house has a garden with beautiful palm trees, an outdoor shower, and a large back garden with a beautiful covered terrace. From the roof, under the reed, a magnificent view of Strombolicchio and Piscì on one side and Iddu on the other. Another covered loggia welcomes guests at the entrance. Other things to note During the summer, music evenings are scheduled on weekends at the neighboring Hotel La Sciara. The music is generally discreet and ends around midnight. Since 2021, there has been door-to-door recycling on the island. Unfortunately, it is not managed in the best possible way despite the efforts of the 2 ecological operators (...).
