Cozy cottage.

Small but cozy farmhouse on idyllic Fejø is rented out as a vacation home. The house is equipped with all the necessary gear, but it is not a "de-luxe" house. Please note in particular that there is no Wi-Fi, just as the house is primarily equipped with older furniture and old flea finds. There is also no heat pump, underfloor heating or other modern conveniences, so if you are looking for high comfort, the house here is definitely not for you :-) The space Small but nice kitchen, large living room with fireplace, bathroom and 2 bedrooms + loft on the 1st floor with balcony/balcony. There are 4 regular sleeping places in the rooms, 2 on the loft and with duvets and pillows for 6 people. In the garden there is a small annex with 2 bedrooms for a total of 4 people. However, this may only be used by special agreement. The annex is only suitable for habitation in the summer months. Plenty of outdoor space in the form of a garden and the surrounding nature. Ferry every hour from early to late from the town of Kragenæs on Lolland. The cottage is heated in the winter with electricity or firewood. Electricity is settled according to consumption. Firewood can also be purchased by the owner for DKK 80 per day or brought (preferred). IMPORTANT: Please note that we use the house as a vacation home and live permanently in Copenhagen. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the grass is always cut or there are fresh flowers in the vases - although we would like to. Also for this reason, you must bring your own bed linen, towels, etc. However, you can also borrow from us, but then it must be washed in the house's washing machine before departure. Likewise, spider webs cannot be ruled out and we cannot control the house between rentals, which is why we have set the price low, and that is why it is so important that the house is left nice and tidy for the next guests. Guest access Everything is open to guests. Other things to note Please note that the house is received in a cleaned condition by the previous tenant and that the house must be handed over completely in a cleaned and inviting condition to the next tenant. It is not possible to offer cleaning services on Fejø, although we would like to. The house can be occupied in the winter months, but as the house must be frost-protected every time it is left, the house must be rented for a minimum of 4 days to cover the costs involved. The cottage is heated with electricity or firewood. You can buy firewood locally at gas stations or in supermarkets. Firewood can also be purchased from the owner for DKK 80 per day. There is no Wi-Fi in the cottage, but there is good coverage (5G) from TDC.
