The bathroom with toilet has a shower and bathtub, separate guest toilet with washer-dryer is available. The 4th bedroom with double bed and additional bathroom can be booked. The space The total size of the apartment is 138 m², the bedrooms are each about 25 m². All bedrooms and the kitchen have TVs. The apartment is fully equipped with a washing machine incl. dryer, a coffee machine, glasses, dishes, cutlery as well as linens, towels, etc. In the immediate vicinity of the house entrance is a large parking space, where even large vans or trucks have space. The apartment is located in the center of the city, numerous shopping opportunities, restaurants, theaters, cinema and much more are in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance. Bus and tram are within a 2-minute walk.
