Cottage It Koaihûs Super central, yet secluded.

What a beautiful place to dream away for a while. This vacation home in Friesland can be found just outside the village of Jistrum near Burgum, exactly between Leeuwarden, Dokkum, Drachten and the Lauwersmeer. Super central yet secluded with peace and quiet and space for three persons. The holiday house is a completely renovated 300 year old farm worker's house and is located on an idyllic sandy path in the Northern Frisian forests. The space On the ground floor (with underfloor heating), you will find an open kitchen with dining and sitting area and the bathroom. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, oven, and toaster. The dining area is for four people and there are two armchairs in the sitting area. You have access to the internet, interactive TV, a DVD player and a good sound system. The bathroom has a toilet, a large sink and a shower. There is a hairdryer and soap and bath linen are available as standard. Upstairs is the bedroom with the beds and a wardrobe. Outside, you have a large garden with garden furniture, barbecue, fire pit and playground equipment at your disposal. On the terrace by the entrance, you can enjoy coffee in the morning in the sunshine. Guest access You have a private entrance which is completely private. Downstairs you have a kitchen-living room and bathroom/toilet (30m2) at your disposal and above the bedroom (18m2) Other things to note There is no paved road to our address. The cottage isn't suitable for people with a wheelchair. The stairs up are a bit steeper than you're used to. Walking backwards, we find ourselves more comfortable. In the kitchen there is a locked door to private part owner.
