Cottage It Koaihûs Super central, yet secluded.

What a beautiful place to dream away for a while. This holiday home in Friesland is located just outside the village of Jistrum near Burgum, exactly between Leeuwarden, Dokkum, Drachten and the Lauwersmeer. Super central yet secluded with peace and space for three people. The vacation home is a completely renovated 300-year-old farm workers' home and is located on an idyllic sandy path in the Northern Frisian forests. The space On the ground floor (with underfloor heating), you will find an open kitchen with dining and sitting area and the bathroom. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, oven and toaster. The dining area is for four people, and there are two armchairs in the sitting area. You have access to internet, interactive TV, a DVD player and a good sound system. The bathroom has a toilet, a large sink and a shower. There is a hairdryer and soap, and bath linen is provided as standard. Upstairs is the bedroom with made-up beds and a wardrobe. Outside, you have a large garden with garden furniture, barbecue, fire pit and playground equipment. On the terrace by the entrance, it is wonderful to drink coffee in the sun in the morning. Guest access You have your own entrance which is completely private. Downstairs you have a kitchen and bathroom/toilet (30m2) and upstairs the bedroom (18m2) Other things to note There is no paved road to our address. The cottage is not suitable for people with a wheelchair. The stairs to the upper level are slightly steeper than you are used to. We find walking down backwards more comfortable. In the kitchen there is a locked door to the private part of the owner.
