This listing is for our French room with soothing gray, navy and white decor. Our most popular room! With two beds we can accommodate 3, but the bath is shared with others! One bedroom of FOUR, in our gigantic home with a panoramic view of Mountains, 2 Bays, and Bridges! (for non-nicotine/drug users only!) Please don't book until you have communicated with us. You have access to the kitchen for light cooking, the deck, Living room and breakfast nook. Shared bath. The space Morning light fills the room, to help you start your day in a sunny mood. Big picture windows cool things off in the evening. With soothing navy and gray decor, the French room is relaxing and rejuvenating. We guarantee a great night's sleep! Decorated with mirrored furniture with a walk in closet. Our French Impressionist Room, which accommodates up to 3 is usually our first to book. If you need more than one room, we can add on to your reservation-whatever your needs are. The bed is a double, with a pillow top mattress to envelop you in comfort. Feel free to check out our other 3 rooms, as well... We recommend that you contact us (scroll way down) first, please. We do not guarantee that the calendar is up to date. (We offer our home to NONSMOKERS and NON VAPERS (of anything, anywhere) ONLY! We have had issues with meth users in some of our properties. Address this in your first email please. Guest access We always try to offer a true BnB experience. There is ALMOST ALWAYS (but not always) someone present to host and care for your needs. INSIDE: Your room, Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, and one shared bath upstairs. There is TV in the house, but not in the room. Laundry may be available but not guaranteed (ask for help!) OUTSIDE: On street parking is plentiful. Off street parking may be available. Please ask before parking in the driveway. Our backyard is a work in progress, but please enjoy the deck, and firepit area, which all have expansive views of the city towards Mt. Tam and San Pablo Bay. Access to the deck is only from the family room, which is owner's work space, and not common area. The photos show our family room at its best, and we are giving you notice that is the most "lived in" room. Jerry is social when working; Jamie is not. When we are in the family room, we tend to prefer that space be treated as a walk through, not a social area. Our backyard is a work in progress, but please enjoy the deck, firepit, and (with notice) the hot tub if it is up. We have expansive views of the city towards Mt. Tam and San Pablo Bay. The hot tub is not guaranteed to be available and should not be considered part of the reservation During your stay HOSTS ON PROPERTY: If you feel our presence is required, please let us know. We also want to feel welcome in your presence - it is best if you communicate your level of need for privacy. Other things to note We have a flexible check in policy (the site associates FLEXIBLE with 3 PM, but we don't do 3 PM ever), and we expect to be present upon arrival. He will ignore you (unless you are friendly to him) and is HYPOALLERGENIC and flea free. !!!!!DO NOT Try to to pet him at the front door! Give him time to warm up to you!!!!! IF WE HAVE TO MAKE ALTERATIONS TO THE HOUSE, OR YOU HAVE UNUSUAL NEEDS, IN ORDER TO ACCOMMODATE YOU, WE MAY CREATE AN ADDITIONAL CONTRACT ABOVE AND BEYOND AirBnB's TOS.
