From here, enter into a light filled, open concept living space. 10+ high ceilings, and floor to ceiling windows. A blend of comfortable modern pieces with the historic charm of this 1800’s gem. This space provides the ultimate relaxation. The living room consist of a soft woven cotton sofa and matching oversized chair. You'll also find an entertainment center with a HiDef TV & DVD player. In this open space, you'll also find a workstation (desk, chair, and plentiful outlets), but that doesn't mean your stay has to be all about work. We've also stocked the apartment with an assortment of DVD's, games and playing cards. The living space flows seamlessly into the dining area where you'll find a 4 seater Rattan dining room set, a bar area and opening into a bright and centrally located kitchen. There you'll find ample counter space, cutlery, dishes, soaps, pots pans, coffee, creamers, teas- everything you’ll need for both quick take-out, and prepared meals at home. Located right off the dining room is a hall way leading into a white marble tiled bathroom. To ensure your trip is stress free, we've provided soft towels, soaps, shampoo/conditioner, mouthwash, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairdryer and even razors & shaving cream. Make your way toward the Master Bedroom. Here you'll find two huge closets, a full lengthen mirror, nightstand w/ alarm clock, and an incredibly comfortable King Size bed outfitted with plush designer pillows and bedding. This space has been carefully planned and designed with the goal to optimize every guests experience. Included are: Central air/heat, TV & DVD, Cable/Internet, W/D, kitchenware (pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, mugs, coffee maker, DW), fresh linens (towels, sheets), iron/ironing board, cleaning supplies, paper products. Best part: We Allow Pets! Guest have full access to entire unit and common areas in building. The unit also includes 1 reserved parking space located directly infront of the building. PARKING: Airbnb Guest are offered 1 dedicated parking space (closest to building on right hand side next to Holly tree). ****Please note: all other parking spaces are reserved for yearly tenants. Any unauthorized vehicles parked in other tenants spots may be towed at tenants discretion. Our goal is to provide guest with the convenience and perks of every tenant in the building, but we ask that you be mindful of your neighbors during your stay! Here you will find some of the cities best bars and restaurants, local cafes, shopping, and two of the city's most illustrious parks, both Rockford Park and the Brandywine Park are steps away. Thats the beauty of staying on Delaware Ave, you have direct access to pretty much any part of the city. Whether you're in town for a conference on the Riverfront, or here for the Brandywine Arts festival weekend, this is the ideal location for both work and play. Located in the heart of Wilmington, this historic district offers easy access to i95. You're in the middle of it all here. Little Italy, Highlands, Cool Springs, Trolley Square, Forty Acres, Trinity Vicinity, Mid-town Brandywine, and Downtown are all within walking distance.
