Our Mhamid Desert Camp is set a step away from the famous village of Mhamid, staying in our Camp gives you the opportunity to watch breathtaking sunsets and sunrises, lose yourself in the silence and peacefulness of our charming Berber tents as well as enjoy Berber campfires with traditional music, excellent traditional dinners and breakfasts. We run excursions to the desert by camels and 4x4 car with a professional drivers and guides, the camels trips can long from 1 day till 1 week in the desert, all the nights will be spend in wild camp. If you are wishing to go farther to see the big sand dunes of Erg chigaga in less time we recommend you to take 1 day / 1 night 4x4 tour includes camel riding & sand boarding which will give you the opportunity to experience the Sahara desert. During your stay We love to entertain our guests, especially in the evening before and after dinner, when the guitar and jambe come out. Of course, you can spend as much or as little time with us as you like, we are very easy going and love to learn about new cultures as well and we will be happy to share ours with you. Other things to note Our camp is located just where the sand dunes begins, far enough from the village to enjoy the calmness and starry Sky at night clear sky for stargazing . our guests can walk to the sand dunes, walk to explore to the town or join one of our desert tours ;)
