Other things to note Access to the property is via a shared courtyard. Our neighbours may sometimes leave building waste by their gate if they are having work done, we apologise for the unsightliness of this! Please also note that the windows are traditional and therefore heavy. You usually have to lift them in order to unscrew the latch before opening them. You will also have to hold them up whilst tightening the latch to ensure they are tight enough to stay fully closed.
