Welcome to our lovely loft nestled on the second floor of the 1927 family Bungalow. Convenient location with lots of greenery, a couple miles from the Biltmore Estate, the Blue Ridge Parkway and Downtown. Off street parking, private entrance and cozy porch of your own. Arranged with caring details. Once welcomed, you can relax in this peaceful setting, whether you come to Asheville for business, exploring the city or its surrounding nature! The space Entrance is through a side gate to an enclosed back yard with an exterior staircase well lit with motion sensors. As you enter, there is a counter with storage underneath for luggage and whatnot. In the evening, you can hang out in the sitting area or use the desk. Or just swing on the porch, looking at the sunset over the mountains, listening to birds chirping or the far-away train toot. When it's time, a comfortable queen bed is waiting for you with ample pillows. An unfolding sofa also provides an extra bed for 1 child or a small person, since it measures 71''x42''. In the morning, you can look at the trees from the bed as you sip the coffee or tea we left for you on the counter. We also provide a toaster oven, a mini-fridge, a microwave and basic dinnerware. See pics for home stay permit guaranteeing the safety was checked. Guest access On top of your private studio and patio, you can have access to our laundry facilities. Since they are in the main house, you will need to coordinate with us when wanting to do laundry. Other things to note Please understand that since your private suite is above our kitchen, you may hear muffled conversations, our 4 year old and kitchen/laundry activity, or very rarely, our well behaved Bichon called Oops. We are quiet and not early risers. Only good reviews since we enhanced our sound-proofing. Smoking tolerated outdoors (please use ashtrays). No candles, incense or open flames. Needless to say, NO illegal activities on our premisses. Another thing. We want you to know that we are carefully sanitizing the loft...
