Located on the outskirts of Nottingham and 4 miles from the City Centre, the front door opens onto Gedling Country Park, which is ideal for walkers & runners. The local area is also heavily used by cyclists due to the road network out of Nottingham into the countryside. I'm told that my home is in a fabulous location, has a relaxed feel, is welcoming, immaculate and clean. Some have said it's like a show-home but don't worry, it is lived in! Haha! Paul The space The entire 1st floor is available to a single guest, which comprises; - A bathroom with separate bath & shower. - A double bedroom with fitted wardrobes comprising ample storage space. - A living room, which can also be used as an office to WFH. The kitchen & main living room on the ground floor are also available to guests should they wish to use them.
