The neighborhood is peaceful and in a walking distance from a local tavern and a grocery shop. Also, it's only a 5 min drive from the beach or the city. Reccomendable for guests with cars or who want to rent a scooter or bikes. The space The apartment has a kitchen with a stove and owen, microwave, kettle, and coffe pots (mocca and turkish pot). Dining room has a table for 6 and an exit onto the terrace. Terrace has table & chairs and it's the smoking area. Living room has a sofa, HD and satellite TV, wi-fi internet and air conditioner. Bathroom has a bath tub, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, soap and a washing machine. First bedroom has queen sized bed (160x200), bed linen and covers and exit onto the balcony. Also, an iron and ironing board are included for your comfort. A baby bed can be put in the bedroom by guests request. Second bedroom has a double bed (140x200), bed linen and covers included and also exit onto the balcony. Guest access Guests have access all over the apartment and the apartment itself has 2 terraces and a separate entrance for your privacy. Other things to note We're located only 3 km from beautiful stony beach resort Pješčana uvala. It's a 5 min driving distance by car and it's a family resort with lots of restaurants, beach bars with live music, promenades and playgrounds for children. Verudela Turist Resort is 4 km away and also offers a lot of fun activities, beautiful beaches, live music, promenades and boat trips. 6 km away is Medulin Resort and it's sandy beaches, live music, promenades, restaurants.. 10 km driving distance away is natural park Kamenjak (Premantura). Beautiful nature and beaches, ideal for lovers of sports and outdoor activities. The center of Pula is only 3 km away. You can enjoy in old Roman monuments like: Amphitheater, Golden gates, Roman theatre, Double gates, Temple of Augustus, Archaeological Museum of Istria, Historically Maritime Museum of Istria (best view of the city), Tunnels Zero Strasse...
