Newbuilt Lakeside house with amazing view

An impressive lake house situated beautifully looking out over lake Åsnen. The 2300sqm garden extends all the way down to the lake. 50 meters from the house is a cozy beach where you could take a swim or try to catch some fish. The house is modern with high standard and is located in a quiet area in a beautiful nature with few other houses nearby. Here you can enjoy cycling, hiking, boat trip or just relax and watch the world go by. The space Welcome to a 110sqm house with a high ceiling. A house that has everything you need during your stay. When you arrive, the beds are bedded and the jacuzzi is warm and ready for a nice evening under the stars. The house contains a large hall, fully glazed outdoor space, a large room which contains kitchen, dining area and TV room. The house has 3 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with 180cm kingzise bed, 1 bedroom with 140cm double bed and a bedroom with bunk bed where the bottom is a double 140cm and the upper 120cm. There are 2 toilets and one of them has a shower. Outdoor you can enjoy a nice bath in the jacuzzi. There is also a large patio of about 60 sqm. It´s no problem to accommodate 2 families in the house (4 adults, 4 children) If you have children, keep in mind that the house is near the lake and there is no fence between the lawn and the lake. Boat (Linder 440 Fishing) and life jackets is included free to use. Exterior: - Garden furniture, sunbeds, BBQ Other things to note included in your stay: Bath towels (Bring your own beach towels), bed linen, toilet paper, towels, laundry detergent. The house can only be rented for minimum one week (with start from a saturday). It´s okey to rent longer with another check-out day then saturday. No pets allowed in the house. Rowing boat and life jackets is included free to use. If you rent for more than a week, we may visit you to maintain the jacuzzi and, if necessary, mow the grass.
