Beautiful house nested in the Oakland Hills. Stunning View of the Golden Gate bridge, Bay Bridge and San Francisco. The bedroom has a bed and a desk. Walking distance to several State park. Sibley, Huckleberry and Redwood Park. The space The guest are welcome to the whole house. And outside yard and deck with stunning views of San Francisco. Outside kitchen. -- This is an amazing house with an extraordinary view built in the 70s. It’s situated on a quiet street in the Oakland hills and features views of San Francisco and Marin headlands, Golden Gate Bridge and Bay Bridge. As we are located in the hills it can be chilly in the evenings therefore, it’s recommended that you will have a sweater. There is a portable heater in the room. The room is small and cozy with cathedral ceiling. It has a view and receives afternoon sunshine. There are a closet, desk and a full-size bed with firm mattress. The house is up to the hills therefore not handicap friendly. The main floor there is a formal living room and a formal dining room with views of the bay area, kitchen and a den with a comfortable couch and tv. Note: one more guest is sharing the house. The environment is communal and friendly, but the house is big, and there is plenty of space for privacy. The location of the house makes it very quiet, and the only noise you will listen is the birds singing. Around the house, there are no sidewalks as we are on the hills. There are washer and dryer but only if you are staying more than two weeks. Getting around is recommended that you have a car, Uber is fine as we had a guest without a car. However, you will need to walk 1 mile to get to the bus stop and 2.9 to BART station. We are located 16 miles from San Francisco. Parking is off the street on Oakwood next to the metal railing. Guest access The whole house and outdoor facilities. During your stay The guest can contact me anytime, I'm around most of the time. Other things to note The washer and dryer is only available if you are staying longer than two weeks! There will be extra charge for soap and the use of the washer and dryer. Also, laundry can only be used every other week.
