Check out includes; -leaving the Kitchen as you found it -Recycling is required for space in the cans. All recycling and trash from bedrooms and kitchen placed in outside cans thru the back yard. -All doors locked, windows closed and lights off. “No parties” means no parties. This is a home for enjoying friends and family, having fun and respecting this historic home. Outside guests with prior approval only. (Major violations ; smoking inside, dancing on the bar, a party with outside guests - We will evict you with a police escort, you will lose all rental fees. This includes the parking lot.) Special Events are welcomed with prior permission, a set guest list and additional per person pricing. Staffing and security are needed. We love hosting guests in this fun space! For the safety of all we require that your guests names be provided before check in and their vehicle information for parking. WiFi requires multiple log ins as you move throughout due to 23 inch thick brick walls! It works great when you log into the nearest extender. The coral living room has satellite tv with ESPN and some movie channels. Of course, Netflix. You will see us with the dogs out back in the fenced yard all summer! In The Heart of downtown Fort Wayne, Jefferson Starbucks is my neighbor. West central is one of the most historic neighborhoods in Fort Wayne. Great architecture, safe to walk. Walking is great in this part of town. Buses, Uber also available. This is a unique gathering opportunity for families and friends. It has a great sound system (Sonos WiFi controlled) and a large fun kitchen. Most guests have stayed up later than planned (quiet after 12:00am) and enjoyed connecting in a way not possible in a hotel. I hope you find it as magical as we do!
