Listing is for a rooming house living arrangement - two additional rooms will potentially have guests staying in them. Host does not live on-site. The home is a spacious Victorian house furnished in a minimalist style. The room is cozy and the bed is comfortable. Shared bathroom includes a shower and clawfoot tub. Free parking on-site. The space This is one of three rooms in a rooming house. Potentially two additional guests could be staying in the house at the same time. Guest access The bathroom, which has a shower and a lovely clawfoot tub, is a common space. Guests are never to enter any bedroom in the house except the one they have rented. The house also has a shared kitchen and living room area. Guests will have allocated cupboards and space in the refrigerator. Guests are to clean up after themselves if they use the kitchen. The house has a lovely programmable coffee pot. Anticipate you will need a coffee at 5am the next day? Not a problem. If there is anything else you will need to make your stay more comfortable, we will do our best to accommodate. During your stay Generally, we check in with you prior to your arrival to see if there are any specific preparations we will need to make, send you check in instructions the day of your arrival and are available through messaging and occasionally in person communication. It is important to note that we do not live on-site. Other things to note This house is most commonly used by students and visiting researchers. Housekeeping services are provided in the common areas bi-weekly, but guests are responsible for tidying their own rooms and cleaning up any mess they make in the washroom and kitchen.
