Spacious house in rural, quiet location in Evensås on Skaftö. Perfect house for families with children or large families as there is room for many in both the dining room and garden. Easy to reach as there is a bridge over to Skaftö and a road to the house. Walking distance to swimming areas, with fantastic opportunities for swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling/diving, paddling, etc. There are both sandy beaches and cliffs. Close to restaurants, golf, shopping and all the services you need in Fiskebäckskil, Grundsund and Lysekil. The space In the house, there are 3 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room. In a separate guest house, it is furnished with a family bunk bed and a day bed for one or two people. Both in the guest house and bedroom there is room for an air mattress and crib (not available in the house). In the house, there is a lovely dining room with room for at least 10 around the table. In the living room, there is a fireplace and wood if it is cold one evening. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and plenty of china. On the large porch there is a Weber grill. Guest access You have access to the whole house and garden during the time you rent from us. Other things to note Sheets and towels can be included if you wish. Please let us know in advance.
