Spacious house in rural, quiet location in Evensås on Skaftö. Perfect house for families with children or large families as there is room for many in both the dining room and garden. Easy to reach as there is a bridge over to Skaftö and a road to the house. Walking distance to swimming areas, with fantastic opportunities for swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling/diving, paddling, etc. There are both sandy beaches and cliffs. Close to restaurants, golf, shopping and all the services you need in Fiskebäckskil, Grundsund and Lysekil. The space In the house, there are 3 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room. A separate guest house is furnished with a family bunk bed and a day bed for one or two people. Both in the guest house and in the bedroom, there is room for an air mattress and a crib (not available in the house). In the house, there is a lovely dining room with room for at least 10 around the table. In the living room, there is a wood-burning stove and firewood in case it is chilly in the evening. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and plenty of dishes. On the large porch, there is a Weber charcoal grill. Guest access You have access to the whole house and garden during the time you rent from us. Other things to note Bed linens and towels can be included at an additional cost, if you wish.
