But in real it is a family house located next to windmill of Mollösund Here, on top of the hill, you have a view of Mollösund, Mollön and the mussel cultivations in the Stigfjord waters between Orust and Tjörn. The terrace is built around the house, facing south and southwest direction. This guarantees a breakfast in the morning sun as well as beautiful sunsets in every season throughout the year. The house is located in a quiet area with bathrobe distance to a beautiful small bathing area with a sandy beach and jetties, Tornviksbadet. Or 800 meters walking distance to a larger bathing area with a diving tower, called Kattevik. Near the house, down the hill, there is a newly built large playground, mini golf and a football field. This detached house is ideal for families with children, as it can be divided into two independent units, each with its own terrace with garden furniture, a living room, a fully equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and two bedrooms with 4 beds.
