EXCEPTIONAL SETTING: your private gite in a character house in Normandy

This 16th century house, restored with respect for the architecture of the time, includes a 3-room gîte of 90 m², this gîte has an independent private entrance, a large living-dining room and open kitchen which allows very friendly, rooms with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and very practical laundry room. The small garden is a plus when the weather is nice it invites to laze around .. the walks are assured with, the stage in the forest (tree climbing) at 5 minutes, the city of Villedieu-les-poêles city of crafts and history and its bell foundry 10 minutes away, Mont-Saint-Michel 50 minutes, and the landing beaches about an hour by car. The tenants are completely independent, and have at their disposal the necessary for the kitchen, as well as the dishwasher, the washing machine and dryer. Private land, barbecue.
