Fully adjusted to the landscape, architectural in the cubistic style of the island Kea, constructed in 2010, the house looks to the blue sea, right up to the island of Euboea and the coast of Attica. It is a holiday house with a beautiful view, to dream, relax and recover. The villa of approx. 92 sqm extends on two levels. The first level consists of the living and dining area tastefully furnished and decorated, with a fire place and SAT-TV, fixed-line telephone for incoming calls and internet connection (W-LAN).
