The space The bedroom is very quiet, comfortable and fresh, with a soft deep carpet, and is a lovely space to relax and enjoy our beautiful rural setting and the most stunning views. The shared bathroom is very nearby. The comfortable guest sitting room is very relaxing, with a cosy woodburner and TV. French doors lead out to a large garden with sunny patio seating area where views can be enjoyed and evening sunset experienced. Self service continental style breakfast within guest dining room is included. Hot meals optional extra - Freshly home cooked breakfast (£7 upgrade) and/or evening meals (£10), payable during stay and served in guest dining room. The position of our farmhouse gives you lots of private outdoor space within the garden and direct access to acres of grassland fields beyond, great walking with links to public rights of way. If staying with your dogs, we have an outside hot dog wash and dog towels, for your use. We are conveniently close to Market Harborough, a 5 minute drive away. We also have 2 other guest rooms on AirBnB — Sleeping 3 guests, in a double bed and single bed with en-suite. Sleeping 2 guests, in double bedroom with a shared guest bathroom. There is a lock on your bedroom door. Please note that when other bedrooms are occupied that the guest living and dining room may be shared, or your sole use if not. There is a lock on your bedroom door. Guest access Good access from the public road down the private gravel drive, leading to extensive parking by front door for easy access to our house. Other things to note As a working farm there can be some farm vehicle and animal noise at times. During summer months we do have a very small camping site on our farm.
