Lovely Villa with all the modern cons over looking beautiful hills and the Caribbean Sea set in the area known as Ocean Breeze due to sea breeze. It is very close to the Cricket Ground , Rodney Bay Marina and Cap Point . There are many beaches to choose from which are close by. We offer cooking lessons, adventure walks and yoga lessons at a reasonable cost. The space This Villa is uniquely set in the lovely hills in a location known as Ocean Breeze due to the lovely continual breeze swaying across the land. Situated at the top of the hills , secluded, peaceful and tranquil. It is also in a upmarket small gated community. Thus very secure. However you can reach all the beaches, the Cricket Ground, the Marina, Rodney Bay shopping centre and the Casino within minutes. Guest access The guests can enjoy the view of the serene mountains, the Caribbean Sea and on the other side the St Lucia cricket ground from the beautiful balconies from each room. There is a large open plan living area and barbecue area for outside cooking. Within easy reach is the cloakroom. There is also a large garden surrounding the villa to walk around or just chill and relax. The kitchen has all the mod cons including a microwave, dishwasher, American refrigerator. It has granite work surfaces, a breakfast bar and plenty of storage cupboards. The main bedroom has a beautiful ensuite with a bath and shower. It has a large closet. It also has air con. It has its own private balcony overlooking the mountains with chairs to sit and drink tea or enjoy a cocktail or two. The second and third bedroom share an amazing large balcony overlooking the mountains and the Caribbean sea. They also share a lovely bathroom with a shower. During your stay I am always available for my guests needs, in person or by phone text and email. Ash the house manager is available to help ensure that guests are comfortable 24/7. Other things to note 1. There are books to read, board games and large sofas to lounge inside or outside. 2. There is yoga equipment and various beautiful areas for yoga and mindfulness. NB Yoga lessons can be arranged at a reasonable cost. 3.Cooking lessons are offered at a reasonable cost. 4.Adventure Walks North of the island can be arranged at a reasonable cost. 5. The Cricket Ground is within minutes from the villa.
