Welcome to the Riverside vacation home in Lemmer, Holland. Relax in one of the most beautiful and water-rich places in the Netherlands. The cottage is located directly on a foothill of the canal between Ijsselmeer and the Frisian Lake District. It has its own boat dock and thus allows you direct access to your own or rented boat. The space Make yourself at home when you arrive. There are two private parking spaces directly at the house. After entering, you will be greeted by a cozy atmosphere. You enter a spacious living, dining and kitchen area via the hallway. In the kitchen you will find everything you need. What you can't find, you don't need! Enjoy the view of the water while eating or watch TV if the weather is not so great. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this. In addition to the guest toilet, you will find the washing machine and the storage room with two bicycles in the Pattere. Feel free to explore the typical Dutch surroundings. At the end of the day, you will have a peaceful night in the two separate bedrooms with box spring double beds away from lively streets. If you are traveling with 6 people, you have the possibility to turn the couch in the living room into a sofa bed. The private bathroom is equipped with a walk-in spacious shower and flooded with sunlight. In the immediate vicinity you can easily rent a boat and enjoy the Frisian lakes. If you bring your own boat, you will find the slipway, crane or anything else for the boat practically opposite in the immediate vicinity. Other things to note There is also the possibility to book a bed linen/towel package per person. For this we only need a short message in the message field when booking with the number of the desired quantity. Bed linen per person/stay: €8.50 Towel package per person/stay: €10.00 If you are traveling with a dog (maximum 2), we need an additional cleaning fee of €35. This ensures that our "dogless" guests also feel comfortable. A deposit of €150 is due before arrival.
