Built around 1910 at an altitude of about 850 m, we have carefully renovated the house with attention to detail and added a bathroom and a bedroom. From the terrace and living room you have a magnificent view of the sea, the municipality of Puntagorda and the fascinating sunsets. Lovingly furnished, a well-kept living ambience awaits you on more than 95 sq. m of living space. A spacious living area with a sofa bed and a beautiful dining area with the typical open Canarian roof construction give the house a special charm. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, allow up to 4 people to have a comfortable vacation. In addition, one of the bedrooms is equipped with a small seating area, so that there is the opportunity to relax and read. The house is equipped with German satellite TV. For listening to music, a hi-fi stereo system with five CD/DVD/MP3 players and radio is at your disposal. In addition, there is a small CD player in one of the bedrooms. The house is equipped with gas central heating. The service water is heated by a solar system. In the living area there is also a fireplace that provides cozy warmth. The kitchen with its traditional curved wooden beams and the beautifully selected countertop tempts you to cook. Equipped with a ceramic hob and electric convection oven, you can cook or bake anything your heart desires. There is also a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and blender. The spacious bathroom, equipped with exquisite tiles, is a real wellness oasis. Equipped with a bathtub and separate shower, it offers you real enjoyment. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available here. Two beautiful terraces and a sheltered courtyard invite you to enjoy the sun. Parasol and garden furniture are also part of the house's furnishings. Prices The weekly rental rates and the rental rate per day for the entire house depend on the number of people. The price per week for an occupancy of 1 person is from 355 euros including all additional costs The rental price for 1 person per day is 40 Euros. Plus one-time final cleaning of 75 euros payable on site in cash. The price per week for an occupancy of 2 people is from 495 euros, including all additional costs The rental price for 2 people per day is 60 euros. Plus one-time final cleaning of 75 euros payable on site in cash. The price per week for an occupancy of 3 people is from 565 euros including all additional costs The rental price for 3 people per day is 70 euros. Plus one-time final cleaning of 75 euros payable on site in cash. The price per week for an occupancy of 4 people is from 635 euros including all additional costs The rental price for 4 people per day is 80 euros. Plus one-time final cleaning of 75 euros payable on site in cash. The minimum rental period of the finca is 7 days. Services The rental price includes the following services: Electricity, water and gas consumption Bed linens and towels Garden furniture (table, chairs, loungers) for 4 people Reception and instruction by our German property manager on site On the day of arrival, the house is available from 2 pm and on the day of departure, the finca should be free again by 10 am. Other arrival and departure times can be arranged individually. The travel time to the airport by rental car is about 1.5 hours. The rental car is not included in the rental price. We are happy to assist you with booking a German car rental company on site. Payment Upon conclusion of the contract, a deposit of 20% of the total price is due, payable within 10 days of receipt of the invoice. The remaining payment must be made no later than 14 days before the start of the rental. For short-term bookings, payment can also be made directly on site to our property manager. Cancellation In the event of cancellation of the rental contract, the following cancellation payments are agreed: up to 46 days before the start of the rental 20% of the total price from 45 days before the start of the rental 50% of the total price from 30 days before the start of the rental 80% of the total price Travel cancellation, travel health, liability and luggage insurance are not included in the rental price. Guest access All facilities in the house and on our property can be used by you without restriction.
