In the sunny west of the island, above the town of Puntagorda, lies our historic country house, the fantastic finca La Paz The space In the sunny west of the island, above the town of Puntagorda, is our finca La Paz. Built around 1910 at about 850 m altitude, we have carefully renovated the house with attention to detail and expanded it with a bathroom and a bedroom. From the terrace and living room you have a magnificent view of the sea, the municipality of Puntagorda, and the fascinating sunsets. Lovingly furnished, you can expect more than 95 square meters of living space. A spacious living area with sofa bed and a beautiful dining area with the typical open Canarian roof construction give the house a special charm. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds allow up to 4 people comfortable holidays. In addition, one of the bedrooms is equipped with a small sitting area, so there is the possibility to relax and read. The house is equipped with German SATELLITE TV. For music, a hi-fi stereo system with five-cloth CD/DVD/MP3 player and radio is at your disposal. There is also a small CD player in one of the bedrooms. The house is equipped with gas central heating. The service water is heated by a solar system. In the living area, there is also a fireplace stove, which provides cozy warmth. The kitchen, with its traditional curved wooden beams and the selected beautiful countertop, seduces cooking. Equipped with a ceramic hob and electric convection oven, you can cook or bake anything your heart desires. There is also a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee machine and a blender. Equipped with exquisite tiles, the spacious bathroom is a real wellness oasis. Furnished with a bathtub and separate shower, it offers you real enjoyment. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also at your disposal here. Two beautiful terraces and a wind-protected courtyard invite you to enjoy the sun. Sun umbrella and garden furniture are also part of the equipment of the house. Prices The weekly rental prices and the rental price per day for the entire house depends on the number of people. The price per week for an occupancy of 1 person is from 355,- Euro incl. all utilities The rental price for 1 person per day is 40 Euros. Plus one-time final cleaning of 75 Euros payable on site in cash. The price per week for an occupancy of 2 persons is from 495,- Euro incl. all utilities The rental price for 2 people per day is 60,- Euro. Plus one-time final cleaning of 75 Euros payable on site in cash. The price per week for an occupancy of 3 persons is from 565,- Euro incl. all utilities The rental price for 3 people per day is 70 Euros. Plus one-time final cleaning of 75 Euros payable on site in cash. The price per week for an occupancy of 4 persons is from 635,- Euro incl. all utilities The rental price for 4 people per day is 80,- Euro. Plus one-time final cleaning of 75 Euros payable on site in cash. The minimum rental period of the finca is 7 days. Services The rental price includes the following services: Electricity, water and gas consumption Bed linen and towels Garden furniture (table, chairs, loungers) for 4 people Reception and instruction by our German property manager on site On the day of arrival, the house is available from 2 pm and on the day of departure, the finca should be free again by 10 am. Other arrival and departure times can be arranged individually. The journey time to the airport by rental car is about 1.5 hours. The rental car is not included in the rental price. We will be happy to assist you with the booking of a German car rental company on site. Payment Upon conclusion, a deposit of 20% of the total price will be due, payable within 10 days after receipt of the invoice. The final payment is payable up to 14 days before the start of the rental. For short-term reservations, payment may also be made directly on site to our property manager. CancellationIf you withdraw from the rental agreement, the following default payments will be agreed: up to 46 days before the start of the rental 20% of the total price from 45 days before the start of the rental 50% of the total price from 30 days before rental 80% of the total price Travel cancellation, travel sickness, liability and luggage insurance is not included in the rental price.
