"La casa delle Palme" is of 1700, refurbished with all the comforts (WiFi, air cond, washer machine, dish washer). It has a wide porch and a huge, very scenic flowering garden, furnished with veranda and bbq. It is 3 km from beach, 2 km from town. The space "Casa delle Palme" is inside "Santa Tecla Olive grove". It is an ancient traditional country house of 17th century, recently restored with all comfort. It can play host up to 5 people. Inside, the house consists of: - Three bedrooms (one double, one twin, and a single one); - Two bathrooms - A fully equipped kitchen, decorated with hand-painted tiles - A dining room with stone fireplace - A living room with study area. Outside there is a large panoramic private garden, with palm and olive trees, a porch that runs around the house with an outdoor seating area. In the garden there is a veranda, covered by a pergola of wisteria, here are wrought iron chairs and table and a big barbecue, to cook and eat outside. There are several beaches near to "Santa Tecla olive grove". The villa is also perfect to visit Sicily, because it is located right in the middle of the East and West side, and is also less than 2 km from the highway, so you can also do daily trips for example to Palermo or to Etna Volcano.
