The space The house (142 sq.m.) is sourrounded by an elegant garden of six acress. There is a nice children's park area. An iluminaded drive way to the house and parking for at least four cars. There is also peripheral illumination all around the house. The main veranda has a wondeful view to the island of Evia. The house is isolated in a very peacefull and quiet location, 7 minutes distance on foot from the village, or 2 minutes by car. The house is equipped with an alarm security system. Other things to note Welcome to our traditional fully furnished house situated in a beautiful place in the country. The location of the house is breezy and cool and thereof doesn't require extensive cooling for the summer heat. For ecological reasons we do not have air-conditioning in the house. However there are ceiling fans in the main bedrooms and the living room as well with some portable fans that you can use wherever you like. Our house is suitable for families, friends and couples.
