Aloha 1 - Apartment close to the beach and city

My place is close to Burg auf Fehmarn, the south beach is about 3 minutes away by bike. 1 km, the old town in Burg in approx. 5 minutes by bike, approx. 1.5 km. Quiet and yet central. The semi-detached house has 2 apartments (Aloha 1 and Aloha 2), each has two floors, on the ground floor is the eat-in kitchen with TV, on the upper floor are two bedrooms, a double bed in one and two single beds in the other room. The master bedroom is open down to the stairs, so without a door. The space Quietly located but still close to the south beach and the inland lake. Walking distance in 10 minutes to the south beach with beach chairs, sun and the Baltic Sea as well as restaurants, promenade and cafes. Dog beach and children's playgrounds are available as well as natural beaches and bike paths all over the island. From our apartment to the right approx. 1.5 km to the old town of Burg with many shops and restaurants. New beds made of recycled wooden planks with mattresses that adapt to the lying position. LED TV on the ground floor and 2nd bedroom on the upper floor (children). The master bedroom with the double bed is open downwards without a door. The second bedroom has a door. The house is only inhabited by vacation guests. Aloha 1 and Aloha 2 are separated by a double intermediate door, but can be shared for large or friendly families. Underfloor heating at cold temperatures. Hot water via a heating system with solar thermal energy on the roof ensures sufficient hot water. Guest access The terrace is located behind the privacy screen with a table and chairs, as well as a parasol. Bicycles can be parked in the carport by arrangement. A car parking space is right in front of the apartment. Other things to note Bedding , towels, tea towel are to be brought . Blankets and pillows are present. One double bed , 2 single beds. The Baltic Sea Card, tourist tax, can be bought online in advance. Under Welcmpass Ostseecard. Then specify the accommodation or name and we will get a confirmation. Bed linen can also be booked. 1 set per person with bed linen / towels currently costs €35 per person. For a well behaved , small furry friend, our cleaning service charges €60 for the stay.
