Charming fisherman's house on a large seaside lot on the island Edholma close to Vaxholm in the Stockholm archipelago. Liveable year round with high standards and many amenities. On the lot there are two dwelling houses, a boathouse, large decks and multiple patios including big 2-etage patio connected to big house. The space Perfect for swimming, fishing, relaxing and just hanging out. On the 3000m2 lot there are a beach volleyball pitch with sand, cherry trees, strawberry plantations and large areas of grass for playing. Both houses have an unobstructed lake view. There is a sandbeach on the lot. Guest access The large house, which is 78m2 has two bedrooms, one sofa bed for two and two extra beds in the living room, a kitchen with all the necessities you need, a WC and a shower. The small house has a bunk bed where the lover bunk is 120 cm wide and the top is 80 cm wide, a sofa bed for two, electricity, heat, oven, stove and a refrigerator. Water can be retrieved from the large house. Other things to note Host will arrange boat trip(approx. 5 mins) to and from the island when arriving and departing. Possible to rent a small motorboat with a 20 hp engine, 3500 SEK/W excl. gas.
