Large double room with private en-suite shower bathroom. Our house is close to the hospital, university and 20 minutes' walk to the town centre. We are also close to the bus route to BT at Martlesham. Check in is between 5pm and 9pm. Please let us know your estimated arrival time. Check out is 9am. The space The room comes with: Private en suite with shower and toilet. Towels and linen included with your stay. Electric blanket and hot water bottle in the winter although the room has double glazing and two radiators. Fan in the summer. Wardrobe, bookcase, desk and chest of drawers. High speed WiFi available free of charge Shampoo, conditioner & shower gel. We have a pet cat who may try to come and visit you. If you are not inclined towards cats, we may not be a suitable option for you. Guest access Bedroom and private bathroom. Please note we don't offer a kitchen although there is a kettle in the room. Other things to note Check in is 5pm to 9pm.
