Extra fans + space heaters available. 🌆 We're in the heart of East 6th - amazing walkability plus typical downtown sounds and weekend activities! There can be street and foot traffic noise, as well as a transient population to the west under the I35 freeway. The building itself is a popular destination and can come with the potential for noise from other units. 🧺 No in-unit washer/dryer available. Nearest laundry service is Cathy's Cleaners (1100 E Cesar Chavez) 🗓️ Bookings over 30 days are required to have a mid-stay cleaning with additional fee Guest access Guests have the entire condo and one reserved gated parking space (standard car or small SUV/truck). Transients are nearby underneath I-35 bridge. For security, a camera is mounted outside the front door.
