Great for kids and their families, the Bunk House is described as "rustic industrial". It features 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a common space with day bed, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchen nooks and LOADS of outdoor space. (The lodging rate shown is for 2 people. For each additional person up to a total of 5, please add $15/person/nite.) The Bunk House is a 1,000 sq. foot cabin, wonderfully decorated. With 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchen nooks, a common T.V. and hanging out space, all with wifi and Dish T.V...plus great fishing, it provides the perfect space for a couple or family to hang outside and enjoy the river. For a real meal, a propane grill is just outside. (Please note: the listed room rate is for 2 people. $15 is added per guest for each lodging nite up to a total of 5.) Guests are welcome to roam the 8 acre property, while making certain small children are accompanied at all times. As there's plenty of area to spread out, if other guests are on the premises you are asked to respect each other's space. We're always available to answer questions and/or provide assistance during your stay. This 8-acre property is off the trail, quiet and private. Surrounded on the East and West by artesian spring-fed rivers, guests are struck by it's beauty. Private transportation is required, and for river "travel" guests are encouraged to bring tubes, kayaks and life jackets (for little ones). Only 15 miles S. of San Angelo, TX., a town of nearly 100,000, there's plenty opporunity to shop for anything needed...however, once you're on site you'll find it hard to leave! Our nearest neighbor is Christoval Winery which has their tasting room open, Thurs.-Sun., with live music on the patio Sat. afternoons.
