The apartment has a separate entrance. The apartment is good for 2 people! (It is also possible to live with 3 people, but it is not really comfortable. In such a case, the older, somewhat uncomfortable sofa must be folded into a sofa bed in the evening. Bed and sofa bed are next to each other. The sofa bed is not a particularly good mattress.) Of course, the apartment is equipped with fresh towels, 1x dry towel, garbage bags, 1x toilet paper, bedding, etc. upon arrival. Our residential area is adjoined by a wonderful forest. The perfect jogging routes are just 3 minutes away! 600 m away is a Lidl supermarket, 1.2 km away are a pharmacy, a bakery, Aldi, Budni and a Denns natural food store. The neighborhood is rather quiet. From our house to the city center it is only a maximum of 5 minutes by bike or car. On foot it is about 15-20 minutes. The same applies to the train station. A bus goes right outside the front door towards the city center. Excursions to the Lüneburg Heath and Hamburg are possible by car! City trips to Hanover and Hamburg can be quickly realized by train. Parking is possible on our street. But not right in front of our house. The house in which the apartment is located on the ground floor is inhabited by us on the ground floor and upper floor. It's from 1945. The walls are painted white, the floor is laminate flooring. We hear each other here and there, as both areas are in a single-family home. Important: It is not a large, spacious apartment. But there is everything you need. In front of the house, parallel to the street, there are some parking spaces. If these are occupied, you will find the nearest parking bays in both directions about 100 m away. Please do not smoke in the apartment and do not bring pets! The sofa is suitable as a sofa bed for two or three nights, but not for a longer period, the mattress is no longer good enough for that. Guests with sensitive backs should not use the sofa bed. The mattresses in the double bed are "medium hard". They were purchased from Ikea in July 2023.
