The space The apartment is located on the second floor of a beach complex of independent, autonomous houses in Petra Sitia. Access is by stairs. Its location offers unobstructed views of the bay of Sitia and the sea which is just a few minutes walk.It is located one kilometer from the city of Sitia and nearby, around 500m-800m., you will find cafes, bars and taverns where you can enjoy your drink or meal. The apartment has a spacious living room with an open kitchen which is very spacious and fully equipped. On the terrace there is a dining room to relax overlooking the blue. There are 2 comfortable bedrooms with mattresses of excellent quality, one opposite the other. One with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Our new bathroom perfectly harmonized with the rest of the house invites you to relax and pamper yourself in a fresh environment. All rooms are air conditioned and designed to offer you maximum comfort. Guest access The neighborhood is quiet. Exclusively with houses.
