High enough to feel a part of things, but without the bustle and noise! Steps away from everything RB offers. Swimming Pool (in-season only) on building west side. Common Laundry room ground floor. Staffed front desk. King-Size murphy bed with comfortable mattress; spectacular views in a cozy and relaxing setting. The space * Ideally-suited for a Couple’s Getaway (2 adults) but can sleep a family up to two younger children comfortably: (1) King-Size Murphy-Bed for the adults + (1) Queen pull-out sleeper sofa for the kids. * NOT recommended for (4) adults - it can get quite tight especially at night for sleeping. Note, this is a studio apartment and there is NO divider wall in the sleeping area / living room space. That means everyone is sleeping in the same general open space at night. * One bathroom: The vanity/sink is located separately outside of the shower and toilet room, inside the walk-in closet / changing space. * Fully-equipped kitchen and appliances, dishwasher, electric range, microwave, typical drip coffee maker w/ timer (no Keurig). * Small but efficient dining area - table for 4. Living room has an overhead fan on remote, SmartTV on an adjustable swivel arm, dimmer lighting and black-out curtains (apartment faces directly east - can get very bright in the mornings if you leave the curtains open). * Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella - available in-unit (items stored in the mechanical closet outside the unit's front door) * Beautiful oceanfront views with outdoor furnished balcony. * Coin-operated Washer / Dryer Room located on building's ground floor. There is a change / coin machine available if you need it. First-come first-serve, can get busy on weekends. Dryers can sometimes require an extra cycle to get things 100% dry - so leave some extra time just in case. * Guest parking available during your stay although the apartment is walkable to everything Rehoboth offers! There are moving bins and luggage racks available for use while checking in and out. Other things to note Min 3-night stay required (per condo regulations). Weekly rentals (Sat-to-Sat, or Sun-to-Sun) preferred between Memorial Day & Labor Day. Off-site key pick up required (per condo regulations) 11am earliest available at the rental management office located a few miles away. The keys stay outside in their outdoor box until you come to pick them up (even if you get in after normal business hours close). Check in at the Star of the Sea front desk typically between 12-4pm. Sign their guest list when you arrive (even if you get in after normal business hours close). Departure time typically by 10am, but I can reconfirm on a case-by-case basis depending on your travel situation.
