The space A spacious, two-story villa in Amoni Sofikou, built at the foot of a pine-covered hill with a view of the Saronic Sea, is the ideal retreat for peaceful family getaways, just 1.5 hours away from the heart of Athens. With a total area of 200 sq.m., the villa can accommodate 4-7 people. It offers a spacious and comfortable living room with a large terrace, an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and WC on the ground floor, as well as two large bedrooms with air conditioning, wardrobes, and a private bathroom each, two balconies, and a garden on the upper floor. Additionally, it features central heating/cooling throughout the premises, providing comfort and flexibility year-round. The three levels of the villa are connected either by stairs or by a two-person elevator. The villa is situated in front of a picturesque harbor with a traditional fish tavern, while the nearest beach is just an 8-minute walk away. Within close proximity, there are also three unique pebble beaches. The villa is fully furnished and equipped with all amenities. Approximately a quarter-minute drive away is the village of Sofiko, where guests can stock up on necessities. The villa is available upon arrangement throughout the year. Guest access The area is accessible only by car, since there are no buses and other public transport means. Within a range of about one hour drive by car from Amoni/Sofiko there are various historical /touristic sites of great importance, such as the city of Nafplio, Tiryntha, Epidaurus with its famous ancient theatre, Ancient Corinth, Loutraki with its thermal waters, as well as the islands of Spetses, Poros and Hydra.
