Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood and close to hip restaurants, nightlife, and downtown. This home has been a very special second home for us and we welcome all - we never decline a guest based on race, color, religion or sexual orientation. The space This home is ideal for creatives of any kind - architects, photographers, designers, really anyone with an eye for beautiful design. The space has been remodeled from floor to ceiling and is in stunning condition. It’s been designed with purpose, capturing the indoor/outdoor living available in Phoenix year-round with a swimming pool, outdoor dining area for six, a fire pit and 5 chaise lounges for soaking up the sun. The backyard also has two lounge chairs (under their own shade canopy) with ottomans, ideal for relaxing outside, watching the kids, and enjoying a cappuccino in the morning or a glass of wine at night. The brand new BBQ is close by as well. The home is also well equipped for business travelers with self check-in, 100 MB/sec wireless internet and an AirPrint printer. FedEx drop off is available 1/2 mile up the road at Safeway. Please note: Contrary to the pictures, there is now a shade canopy over the trellis structure in the pool area. Also, per code, there is a security fabric fence around the pool area. Finally the neighbors splotchy wall has been painted. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, with the exception of the garage, and a small number of cabinets reserved for the owners use. Please note that the pool area (which includes fire pit and dining table) is shared/common space with guests who may be staying in the back studio. Other things to note There is a studio in the back of the property that is occasionally rented as well. The pool area is shared. Please read house rules for additional info on pool. There is an additional charge of $45 per day for heating of pool, with a 2day minimum due to cost of "preheating" the pool. Payment for pool heating services must be made through the Airbnb app at least one day prior to check-in or heating will be cancelled. Also, please note that if there is a change of mind regarding heating, or if the 80+ degree temperature turns out to be insufficient for a guests personal taste, we must be notified on day one of heating to discuss remedies. Requests for retroactive credits are unfortunately not allowed.
