We offer a newly renovated room on the 1st floor of our two-family house. The room is located in a quiet central location and is within numerous clinics (hospital B.O, heart center, Maternus rehab clinic, median rehab clinic, clinic at the Rosengarten) and attractions (GOP, BaliTherm, Adiamo, Kurpark), all within 5 minutes' walk. From the room window you have a view into the garden. The space The room creates a cozy atmosphere. There are two single beds (100x200cm), a TV cabinet, LCD TV, cozy sitting area with table and 2 rattan chairs, wardrobe and towels available. The apartment comprises a total of 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchenette. The kitchenette (small but nice) is available to all guests and is equipped with a kettle, 2 plates hob, coffee machine, dishes, as well as a fridge. Tea bags, sweets and coffee pods are available free of charge. The two guest bathrooms, each with a shower cubicle/toilet and a bathtub/toilet, are all guests (if any) available and are cleaned daily. Location The property is centrally located and easily accessible on foot (15 minutes from Bad Oeynhausen Central Station and 5 minutes from Bad Oeynhausen Südbahnhof) Parking You can park directly on the street for free Supermarkets are only 10 min walk from the house. There is also a pharmacy on Detmolderstrasse for emergencies, which can also be found quickly.
