Lawn space with patio set and gas grille. The space Our place is well suited for families and small groups staying in Wellsville. The space is convenient for longer stays as the kitchen is well equiped for cooking and coffee, fresh eggs and snacks are on hand for your enjoyment. Guest can also use the outside gas grill during their stay. Bedrooms 1 &2 both have queen beds and a full bed is tucked off to the side in the living room as well as a couch to accommodate 6 guests.
