Hello dear Airbnb, we offer you our holiday home "open space" here. With a lot of passion and attention to detail, this house was completely remodeled in autumn 2017 and is now waiting to offer you a unique living experience. The house is captivating with an unusual amount of space and unusual design. Some things are unique and you won't find it anywhere. The space We have about 160 square meters of living space, which is divided into a kitchen, shower room, living room and two bedrooms on two levels. All rooms can be darkened with shutters (equivalent to the VELUX windows). In addition, there is a small garden where you can let the sun shine in your face in the summer:-) I'd like to share some details with you: The kitchen has a room of gathering with about 30 square meters, where you can eat, laugh, drink and play. In addition to the usual cooking and dining utensils, a ceramic hob with four hotplates and a large kitchen cabinet with freezer compartment, you will also find a dishwasher, a microwave, kettle and Senseo coffee maker. A small selection of tea, coffee and spices are ready for you. There is also plenty of dishwashing utensils. The kitchen has two entrances, and the kitchen is very light-flooded through the double glass door and the very large window. In the hallway there is a wardrobe with seating cabinets, as well as a cleaning cabinet with vacuum cleaner and various utensils if you need to clean something. The shower room is not necessarily the biggest, but has been transformed into a unique feature by an Eiffel artist. If you are standing in the comfort shower (1.40 m x 1.40 m) with a rain shower head, you may see that not only the Nürburg can be seen as a tile mosaic on the wall, but also the north loop on the floor of the shower. Essentials such as soap, shampoo etc. complete the bathroom. The living room impresses with a size of over 40 square meters. In addition to the large sofa set with 2.30 and 2.15 m in length, there is also a foosball table, a flat screen TV with USB, a DVD player and a stereo system with Bluetooth. Through the real wood floor you have it warm and cozy here. A few board games as well as a folder with useful information are also available here. On the two single sofas a 6th and 7th person could sleep. The lying area is the same as that of a single bed. The 8th sleeping place is exclusively a baby cot. From the living room a staircase goes up to the 1st bedroom, which is kept open by the stairs. This room is also over 40 square meters in size and is equipped with a 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed and a single bed of 90 x 200 cm. All the beds are equipped with full mattresses and slatted frames, so you can sleep peacefully here. There are plenty of cupboards and chests of drawers to store all clothes. A small reading corner with books has been integrated for you to relax. Here you will also find a CD player with USB as well as a sound bowl sensor for smartphones if you want to play your music directly from your phone. Due to the roof beams and the lots of wood on floors and walls, it is cozy, yet not rustic. The beds are made with fresh linens for you upon arrival. From the 1st bedroom you go through a door to the 2nd bedroom. This room has a size of about 35 square meters. Here you will also find a 1.80 m x 2.00 double bed, which also has full-fledged mattresses and slatted frames. Here you can watch TV or DVD from the bed in the evening, because here you will also find a DVD player. If you prefer to sit, you can relax in the nice sitting area. There are plenty of ways to store your thing. Wood and roof beams bring a cozy warmth back to the room. If you like it a little more hidden, you can use the bed (0.9m x 2.00) at the top of the gallery. A cozy sleeping place at an airy height. In addition to the two double beds and the two single beds, there is the possibility of placing an extra bed on which the 7th person can sleep. All rooms can also be completely darkened on the upper floor. Guest access The cottage is just for you. Other things to note The nearest shop is Adenau ( 7km), where you will find all grocery stores such as Aldi, Lidl, Netto, Rewe, Edeka as well as Rossmann, an optician, several bakers, numerous restaurants. In Adenau there is also a good selection of doctors, pharmacies and a hospital. The Nürburgring is 18 km away. Bad Neuenahr is 40 km away. We are located in the middle of the Hocheifel, the Ahrtail with its numerous vineyards is also not far, and even if you are not a motorcyclist or racing enthusiast, there is simply a lot to see here. Important information: Due to the open design of the stairs, this house is not suitable for children of crawling age. Also, the house is not equipped with child protection sockets, so the house is suitable either for families with babies or with older children. The garden pond is not childproof! Babies are free of charge in our accommodation, i.e. they do not have to pay 10 euros per day, and therefore do not need to be specified in the total number when booking. However, you need to write us a short message that a baby is traveling with you so that all the necessary things such as baby cot, bathtub etc are also on site.
