This lovely beachfront self-catering cottage has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The open-plan kitchen, lounge & inside braai area opens up onto a sundeck with stunning ocean views. Also includes a laundry room with a washing machine & tumble dryer. The space The cottage can comfortably accommodate up to four guests, and comprises two en-suite bedrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, lounge and indoor and outside braai area, leading out to a sun deck. The first bedroom contains a double bed, and has ocean views. The second bedroom contains twin single beds. Bedding, linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer. The lounge area features a TV, with DStv. The sun deck offers lovely ocean views, and braai facilities. A cleaner, own employee, is available to assist with laundry and cleaning at an additional fee, but must be pre-booked. Guest access The whole unit, exclusive sun deck and small court yard can be used by the guests exclusively. The unit has one exclusive use parking bay in front of the unit. Other things to note For the adventurous, there are plenty of activities (not included in the price and to be arranged by yourself) in and around the area to keep you busy including fishing, quad biking, sand boarding, boat cruises, camel rides, skydiving, scenic flights, and much more. A walk or drive to the long sandy beaches and the natural beauty of the sand dunes, right at your doorstep is also a great alternative for those more active. Whether you enjoy adventure, just want to put your feet up with a book or just take a break, Lalandi No 4 will provide you with a relaxing and comfortable environment to do just that.
