Ferienhaus Thüringen - Residenz Our family-run Ferienhaus Thüringen-Residenz was built in 2016. It is located in a central and quiet location of the Heilklimatic spa town of Friedrichroda. From here it is just a few steps to the city center with shops, shops and restaurants with Thuringian and international cuisine. The cottage is surrounded by a large, green and well-kept garden property. You have separate access. The space The vacation home is of high quality, tasteful and modernly furnished. On about 50 sqm you will find a living room, kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and a general purpose room to park your luggage. The cottage is designed for 2-4 people and is offered for rent all year round. It is heated by central heating and illuminated with the latest led technology. Non-smoking house, smokers can smoke on the two terraces. No pets! Furthermore, you can access the large terrace via a door on the front of the building. Other things to note From the living room and from the large terrace you have a beautiful view of the large, green and well-kept garden as well as the great spruce forest (in the distance) which surrounds Friedrichroda.
