Small vacation home near the Baltic Sea

The small and cozy vacation home is located in a small, quiet village very close to the Baltic Sea coast (10 km to the Baltic Sea beach). The house is equipped with the following: - Double bed in the bedroom - Sofa bed for one person in the living room - Kitchen -Wifi - Bathroom with shower/toilet - Private outdoor area with barbecue facilities (grill available) + communal garden - Free public parking about 100 meters away - Towels/linens included No pets. The space The small vacation home has a size of about 58 m², so it offers the perfect size for two to three people. It was partially renovated in 2019 with new floors and wallpaper. The living room was completely refurnished in 2020. Guest access The vacation home is located on a property with two houses (main house and side house). There is a separate entrance to the house, so guests can fully enjoy their privacy. The vacation home has its own separate terrace. If you are interested, however, the garden, which is located between the houses, can be shared.
