Cozy cottage, 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom, centrally located in Tacoma. This cute home was built in 1925 and is full of historic charm. The 1st room has a queen bed w/ smart TV. Our 2nd room has 2 twin beds w/ another TV setup. We offer a full kitchen & laundry room w/ outdoor fireplace for use. Averages of 15 min to downtown Tacoma, Ruston Way Waterfront, Tacoma Dome, and Joint Base Lewis-McChord. 30 min drive to Sea-Tac Airport. The space Located minutes from downtown Tacoma and the Tacoma Dome. 10-15 minute drive to Point Defiance Park and Gig Harbor. One queen sized room and a second room w/ double twin beds. Each room is equipped with a smart TV. Full kitchen, laundry, outdoor fireplace and grill are available for use. Remodel is ongoing so stay tuned! Guest access We are happy to provide a full kitchen, Washer and dryer, and are making many updates throughout our BnB to make your stay more relaxing. Free High speed wifi available throughout the home, perfect for supporting multiple devices for work or relaxing. We also offer an open area in the backyard with a fireplace. Other things to note Neighborhood bar right around the corner. Several convenience stores, barbershops, nail salons, coffee shop, and a great sandwich shop located within 2 blocks. Lots of great eateries and bars along 6th Ave with many other restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Target, Wal-Mart and Fred Meyer are all 5 minutes away. Uber service available. GARBAGE/RECYCLING PICKUP occurs every two weeks on Thursday so please plan accordingly. Cleaning services will be around to take all bins out and replace.
