Separate bathroom, parking space for cars

The room is part of a single-family home (ground floor) where I live with my 2 cats. There is a separate bathroom for the room and the kitchen can be shared. My 3 chickens provide fresh eggs every day. A parking space for the car under a carport is available. Shopping is available in the neighboring district.
