Description
The fully renovated ground floor house in our Chalet Mallum can be rented again. The house is a family house from 1978 and is located in the quiet mountain village of Grengiols, with some good amenities, including a playground for the children and a good restaurant. The downstairs house has a panoramic view over the valley, which is easy to see from the large terrace. In winter, you can ski nearby, and in summer, there are many cycling and hiking opportunities, directly from our house. The space The ground floor is over 100 square meters and has a living room with open kitchen and French doors to a spacious terrace with a panoramic view over the valley with the high mountains next to it. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, the first bedroom has a spacious double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds, and the last bedroom has a single bed. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with shower and toilet. Between all the rooms, there is a hall that connects all the rooms. Everything was completely renovated in 2023!! Guest access At the entrance of the apartment, the shared laundry room is on the right. There is a washing machine and dryer here. Both machines are available for guests in the downstairs house, but also for the upstairs house. Other things to note The tourist tax of CHF 3.50 per person per day is already included in the price and can be registered for a guest card. With this card, there are several advantages. A link will be sent before the booking is confirmed. The beds are also made and towels are provided. No additional charges will be made for this (CHF 20 p.p.).
