A place to feel good in Felde near Kiel

A small 38 sqm apartment in the thatched roof house with shower bath, kitchen, breakfast and workstation as well as wallbox. Lots of peace, beautiful nature and fast internet. A garden with barbecue area for exclusive use. Kiel can be reached in 15 minutes by car or after a 15-minute walk and 15-minute train ride. The swimming area of Westensee can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The Baltic Sea beach in Kiel-Schilksee is 27 km away. Your electric car can be charged at the wallbox. The space The apartment is a closed part of a thatched house, which is located in a scenic area in the Westensee Nature Park. It has a separate entrance, which is connected to a hallway with a small breakfast bar. On the left is the newly renovated shower room, straight ahead is the well-equipped kitchen. A washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, hairdryer and much more are included. On request, our laundry dryer in the basement can also be used. In the living room there are two comfortable armchairs, a wardrobe, a bookshelf and a desk with chair. A 40-inch TV is also available, with Internet access and all SKY programs. Somewhat separated in another small room is a double bed (140 cm) with a good mattress. A children's travel bed, high chairs and other children's accessories (e.g. bathtub, sandbox toys, etc.) can be set up quickly if needed. If the 140 cm wide bed is too narrow for you, a second single bed is available. The large garden behind our house can be used by our guests alone on request. For barbecuing and enjoying a wine in the evening sun, there is a cozy spot with table and garden chairs. Grill and charcoal are in the garage. We are also happy to set up a sandbox for the little ones. For children from 3 to 14, there is a playhouse with a slide and a climbing tree in the wild area of the garden (only under parental supervision). Here children can play and romp. When using a home office, there is the possibility to set up a landline connection. A printer, desk, etc. are also available. The cellular network coverage is not stable in Felde. But we have fast internet (fiber). Guest access It is a small apartment in a detached house, which is located on a 3500 sqm forest-like property. The car parking space is on the property right in front of the house. Other things to note It is so quiet here that in the morning with the window open only the birdsong can disturb you. It is a lot of fun to observe the variety of birds: chaffinches, crossbills, hazel grouse, tits, woodpeckers and many more. Three squirrels, frogs and a grass snake are also at home here. Every now and then a few deer can also stop by. Note: Google Maps currently shows the property during the 2019 garden renovation.
