Beautiful neighborhood, Farmer's market on Saturdays. The room has hardwood floors, a queen bed, a desk and chair. Also the room has french doors that open up to the front deck and front yard. I live mostly upstairs, so there is alot of privacy. The room is on the first floor off of the kitchen. You will get your own bathroom right next to the room that is all yours. Parking might be included, it depends on if I have guests in my guesthouse. Minimum stay is 2 nights... but if at the last minute the room is available and its only one night, I will waive this rule. Also the check in and out time can be changed depending on when my next guest arrives, so feel free to ask. During your stay I am mostly reachable unless I am traveling, then because of time differences, I will then have a friend that is more accessible, but either way you will be completely looked after for any needs that arise. I am happy to socialize or not socialize depending on the preference of the guest and my schedule if I am in town. Other things to note I recently re-piped my whole house and put in a fancy whole house water filter, therefore all the water in my house, from the shower, the bath, the kitchen faucet, all purified to the highest degree available in all of California!
