The space Built adapting to the architectural style of the area, these houses date back to the 20th century. La Casa de la Abuela Leonor was restored from the old stable and haystack area. The upper part used to be the haystack of the house, and the weakness of its structure during the rehabilitation prevented the recovery of the original materials. Therefore, it is a new space, built respecting the original elements. The careful decoration creates an ideal atmosphere to spend fantastic days with family or friends, in warm and cozy spaces perfect to promote relaxation and rest. The house has a first double bedroom with a queen-size bed, a second bedroom with two single beds and a balcony with beautiful views, a living room with radio & television, a kitchen-dining room equipped with everything necessary to prepare meals (oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kitchenware), a bathroom, and a toilet. You can also enjoy an independent terrace of 80m2 on the upper floor, and more than 2000 meters of orchards, gardens with barbecue, table, chairs, umbrella, and wooden sun loungers. You can take a relaxing walk to the fruit orchards that make up the surroundings of the house and enjoy stunning views of the sea with the backdrop of the islands of La Gomera and Tenerife, with the imposing Teide in the background. Therefore, the outdoor areas (gardens, orchards, barbecue area, laundry room, and parking) may be shared with guests from the other house (if it is occupied). Located in the village of Isora, in the municipality of Valverde, the houses of Abuelito Julián and Abuela Leonor are the result of a family effort to recover a first-century home, as well as its stable and barn, for use and enjoyment. The use of modern materials and access to all kinds of amenities in both houses does not prevent guests from enjoying the rural and austere essence with which they were originally conceived. On clear days, guests can enjoy wonderful views of the sea, with the islands of Tenerife and La Gomera in the background, and take walks through the landscaped areas and fruit orchards.
