The space As soon as you step inside, you’re wrapped in gorgeous ocean views from every window. SWOON. Both the king bedroom and the living room open onto your private balcony—perfect for sipping a drink as the waves roll in and the sunset lights up the sky. Perched on the 4th floor, it’s the sweet spot—not too high, not too low—with dreamy views, soothing wave sounds, and easy access via stairs or elevator. Early riser? Brew a cup in the coffee maker and catch sunrise on the balcony—or take your pick of 3 pools. Feeling beachy? Just stroll down and sink your toes into the soft white sand. We've been made aware that our ceiling is "peeling", due to the high humidity over this Summer. We can't interrupt bookings at this time since it doesn't incur any danger, it's just not aesthetically pleasing. We will address this when slower season starts. Guest access Entire Condo, 3 pools (one heated until April 1st), laundry facility, VERY BASIC fitness center, BEACH Other things to note Parking & Check‑In • Pick up your parking pass and wristbands at the HOA office on the pool deck during business hours. • Parking pass : $30 (one‑time) • Wristbands : $6 each (per person) (cover your entire stay) • One vehicle per condo. • Arriving after hours or on weekends? The security guard can issue both items. Bring a valid photo ID; guests must be 25 +. ⸻ House Rules • Ring doorbell is installed for safety. Tampering or blocking it breaks house rules and may result in eviction without refund. • No smoking inside the condo. A cleaning/deodorizing fee applies for any smoke residue. • No pets per COA policy. Pets on‑site will incur a cleaning fee and/or immediate eviction without refund. • Carts are available near the elevators for easy unloading. •NOTHING is allowed to hang from the balcony railings.
